Struggling to have a healthy baby? Take a different approach

Cindy (39) and her husband Rudi (34) struggled to fall pregnant for four years. After trying naturally for a year, they had three intrauterine inseminations (IUIs) and one in vitro fertilisation (IVF), all with negative results. Then Cindy’s specialist recommended that they find an egg donor, as her eggs were of such poor quality.

Combining science and nature

Feeling lost and demotivated, Cindy was about to give up when she came across Supreme Fertility, which takes a different approach, combining DNA testing with consultations, lifestyle guidance and supplementation. Doors opened that had once seemed closed, and the couple was once again motivated and hopeful to continue the journey.

The team helped Cindy and Rudi understand the importance of a good diet, physical exercise, stopping bad habits and using the correct supplements for at least a three-month period. They both did the Supreme Fertility DNA test and followed the recommendations. The team also provided emotional support and encouraged them not to give up. The hopeful couple remained positive and put a lot of faith in the programme.

Shortly after completing the treatment the couple received exciting news! Cindy went for her second IVF at a state hospital and her results were positive, using her own eggs, with three additional embryos to freeze for later use. With help from Supreme Fertility, Cindy realised the importance of staying positive and trusting the process of a healthy lifestyle and supplementation.

Precious baby Janick was born in May 2020. Proud parents, Cindy and Rudi’s dream of having their own bundle of joy has come true. This dream once seemed impossible; however, beautiful baby Janick is now a healthy and happy baby.

A mother’s words

Proud mother, Cindy Pullen said;

“Something I appreciated about Supreme Fertility was their ability to determine exactly where the problem was by analysing our DNA. It was highly informative and interesting. You can be informed of things you did not even think possible.”

“I found the experience incredibly positive, healthy, and a must-do for anyone struggling to fall pregnant. The healthy eating plan, supplementation and support were definitely the turning point in our case. I would recommend the programme to any couple struggling with infertility. The lifestyle changes we were advised to make and the professional medical advice we received made the world of difference.”

First in South Africa

Supreme Fertility provides an affordable six-month programme including DNA testing addressing both male and female fertility factors, and it’s the first of its kind in South Africa. It’s estimated that approximately 50% of infertility cases are caused by genetic issues. The good news is – you can do something about genetic weaknesses you may have! The Supreme Fertility DNA test looks at 40 different genes linked to infertility.

The programme includes:
o DNA testing for both males and females
o Unique fertility supplements
o Step-by-step fertility booklet that covers everything you need to know
o DNA feedback
o Dietary and lifestyle risk assessment.
